NACOmatic: Shuttered by FAA Policy Change ... The FAA has begun limiting accesss to their [free] materials to only 24 hours before the effective date. Previously; access was available to all, 10-14 days before the effective date. The NACOmatic business model is not viable given the new fees that the FAA wants for "early" access.
